Core Fire Resistance Parameters

*This 30 Gallon Fireproof Cabinet is designed and tested strictly in accordance with UL72:2023 ,EN14470-1,EN14470-2 Standard for Safes, Vault Doors, and Other Security Containers.

*Wall Structure: Double-wall construction with 18-gauge cold-rolled steel panels and a 38mm stationary air insulation layer in between.

*Fire Resistance Rating: When exposed to open flame at 1000℃, the cabinet maintains a peak internal temperature no higher than 177℃ (350℉) over a continuous 60-minute test period.

*Welding Technology: The entire cabinet is manufactured with seamless spot welding, with no gaps or seams to prevent flame penetration and liquid leakage.

Spill Containment System: The cabinet features an integrally molded 51mm deep sump at the bottom. It can hold up to 40% of the cabinet’s total volume of spilled liquid, stopping flammable liquids from overflowing and spreading.

Anti-static System: Ground lugs are reserved on both sides of the cabinet, and an anti-static grounding wire is included as standard. This eliminates ignition risks caused by static electricity buildup.

Ventilation System: One vent port with a flame arrester is fitted at the top and bottom of the cabinet respectively. The ports can be connected to the factory exhaust system to reduce the concentration of flammable vapor inside the cabinet.

Load-bearing Structure: Galvanized steel shelves are installed inside. Each shelf can bear a uniformly distributed weight of 159kg (350lbs). The shelf height can be freely adjusted in 72mm increments.
